Access, store and manage documents from within the Toolkit.


You have two types of folder locations: My Files, which contains folders that you can upload your files to, and BUK Files, which contains folders that store employment-related files such as T&Cs, commission schemes, company policies, etc...


My Files

You have two types of folders in this section: Certificates, which contain all your uploaded certificates of completion from your L&D courses, and other folders as may be created by your administrator.


Certificates

All L&D-uploaded certificates are accessible here. Certificates of Completion that you have uploaded through completed courses are stored here. You can also directly upload your certificates by clicking Upload on the top right corner of the navigation bar. From the Certificate Info window, enter the certificate title in File Name, select the training from which the certificate is awarded in Training Tag, and optionally enter the expiration date for the certificate and any personal notes.


Viewing, editing or deleting your own files

  1. Under My Files, click a folder then a file.
  2. To change the uploaded file, click Edit.
  3. To edit file details such as File Name, Notes, click , edit the field you wish to update and click Save.
  4. To download or print the file, click   and select the action you wish to do.
  5. To delete the file, click . You will be asked to confirm your action as this is a permanent action.

BUK Files

Folders in this section are managed by your administrator. You will receive a notification when a file is sent to you. You may be required to perform an action - for example, read and accept - for these files.


Please note that this function is for HR & Employment Related documents only.


You cannot edit or delete files contained in the BUK Files section.


All folders under My Files and BUK Files are created and maintained by your administrator.
